9. Say no to processed or packaged food

10. Eating less
You might be very hungry, and you would want to eat so many things at that time, but this is not necessary. Having a balanced diet, rather than a heavy one, will ensure that you feel better in your stomach. Take note of your portions and take a part of it aside.

11. Following the 24-hour solar cycle
The time of the day you are eating your food is as important as the food you are eating. Our digestive strength is ‘connected’ to the solar cycle. The ideal time to have breakfast is between 7:30- 9 am and dinner should ideally be eaten by 7 pm.
